ORS were employed directly by the landlord of this large industrial estate in Warrington, to give it a new lease of life and attract new tenants.

All existing cladding was sprayed silver and roller shutters and structural steelwork were painted yellow. The difference is plain to see and the estate is now nearly completely full.
