Southgate House, Cheadle; A typical 1980’s office building with weathered, chalky and corroded, maroon coloured aluminium window frames – given a fresh, modern respray by the ORS team.

We were given the task of refurbishing all of the window frames and doors both internally and externally along with the fascia and soffit wrapping the building on separate levels. The building also received a number of other works including a new car park, roof tiles and full interior replacement, so the standard for the ORS team was set very high to ensure nothing was out of place.

ORS went above and beyond the required specification to provide a new standard of finish, even with such poorly corroded panels and frames!

The results speak for the themselves and the building was let to a new client as soon as it went onto the market.
